True Digit offered me a settlement of $9.99, that would be nice IF I hadn't been charged $9.99 a MONTH for 5 months. No thanks True Digit. Pay up in full, SPRINT won't refund me. I really don't know how you're going to stay in business with your shady practices. HOW many complaints have you had from cell phone customers being charged without their knowledge? Perhaps it's time to ACTUALLY do business in a more truthful manner?
