Miscellaneous

I did not buy this package at all on my Vodafone so I was surprised when my top up got used up by the next day. The first I knew about it was when a text message appeared on my phone saying: Cost 5$/sms. Congratulations you have 10 new credits for content at www.nz. Yurmobile.com. It gave me a password and if I wanted to cancel to text STOP to 2880.info 0800445656. I cancelled out of it. I rang the info line but it didn't make sense - obviously a scam. Therefore Vodafone is not secure. How did they get my number? My personal messages are obviously able to be read by someone else?
How can this happen? Can you help get my $20 back please. This is shameful that an international communication system can be hacked into so easily. How many others have been subjected to the same thing - and for how long? This problem needs to be fixed up immediately.
