I was on the internet trying to install a program called comodo internet security. I was having trouble, so i went to geekbuddy.com for help. They remotely controlled my computer and installed the program for me. They instructed me several times to close my firewall to make the installation "take". After that i received the charge for $10.27 without my authorization.
