I entered into a trial and gave my credit card details. When I went to cancel, they auto shipped product I didn't want. There seems to be no way of stopping them, as being internet based and international, there is no specific place or person to which to complain. I have reported them to the Office of Fair Trading in the Uk, which is usually very effective at dealing with such scams.
