My friend signed my boyfriend and me up for a deal for my boyfriend's birthday thinking we could meet them at the event since we live in the area. LS never stated on their site that doing so is not possible. I took the initiative in telling them about it thinking they would be ok with that but doing so was a "liability issue". We would essentially have to drive two hours south to travel with the bus two hours north to the area where we live and vice versa. On top of that, we have a dog who cannot be left alone for 18 hours. They will not help us out in the least. The only option we had is to reschedule but it's all sold out in the future so now I am out almost $300 and I have to eat it. They are BS—stay away
