No services provided for money paid

I paid them a few thousand dollars for the services of helping our dental office to collect on unpaid bills from patients. They claimed with their letter from other office that they are very effective at being able to collect unpaid debts from patients for dental offices. The rep, Steven Bowman that came had no training of using the system so he had to do a 3 way conference with his manager, David Reben. Mr. Reben was located in Utah and they had problem connecting with our dental software when they initially confirmed that it is very simple to set up. After it was set up there was no follow up and even though we had new staff the rep did not make attempt to follow through. We asked rep to come back to help and again he wasn't knowledgeable enough to get our system up and running. It has been over 6 months now and we are not getting any help. They have not help with any accounts. We have asked for a termination with them and they are proscratinating and not refunding the money.
