A recruiter named Dave, called in reference to my resume. He then informed me that he nor any other recruiter will submit my resume to any employer cause I have been looking for work for 3 years.

I have over 20 years experience as a controller with strong references to back it up.

Its companies like this one that is destroying our country and violating our civil right for their own personal greed. This is a violation of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. No recruiter should have the power to hold back jobs from an unemployed American. If this company has Job listing then they need to send all qualified applicants to the perspective employer for their decision not holds scams like this company does. As stated from this Recruiter he will only represent you if you are currently working so this would make him a thief, steeling companys employees.
