I was calling my account and found out someone had taken 99.49 out of my account. I called the bank but they didnt have a number. So went online found a # called it 3 or 4 times frist day kept getting a recording... Finally after several days i sent a email, i got a woman and she told what this was. I told her never heard of you and wanted this cancelled. She said ok will take about15 days not counting weekendsand holidays. I asked when would i b expecting my money she said around31 of march. Well never got my money, here it is april 10th no money. Called today lady said we are working on it. But dont know when too expect it, soon they keep saying soon how long is soon... I will b looking into my attorney to c if he can do something about this company... Looks like am not the only one with this problem...
