All the complaints I have read on this company holds true to me as well. I went on line to educate myself on how advance cash loans work. To my surprise, $300 was deposited to my account. I learned that it was Hydra Fund who made that deposit without my permission. They are now taking unarthorized drafts from my bank twice a month. When I called CS, they would not tell me their address nor will they send me a copy of the contract after asking twice. I have no idea what they consider the payback clause to be. To date, they have taken $360 from my account. This is a scam, rip off and can't be legal. I am calling my bank to see how they can stop the drafting and see what legal actions can be taken.
