They took money out of my account without my consent. I never authorized them to do so. I am going to my bank to try and get this back. I called customer service and they were rude and told me it was not refundable. This was a total scam. I thought it was for an advance on a loan. It was not and they took the money out of my account even though I did not authorize it.
