No refund after 5 weeks keep on stalling and sending me e mails that its getting dealt with. Pillar to post, iam going to the embassy in edinburgh. Ive had emma francis simon emails but no result. How busy do they think they are! Its like a boiler room scam! They obviously make more money in being dishonest than being ligitamate. You phone them and expect to wait in q's for ages
