I had exactly the same experience with Theriaults Auctions as the previous consigner. The president of Theriault came to my home to see my dolls and within one week some one came and packed them. I never received a catalog or notification that my dolls were sold. There were numerous phone calls made to the firm and so many explanations, some times none at all for when I would be informed and PAID. The 35 day period was long past, I finally hired a lawyer and he wrote two letters, the last not being as friendly, I called and told Jaimie (the receptionist) that I was prepared to sue them and I had a check the next week. Horrible way to do business.
