Contacted their customer service to request an RMA number and they said I was passed the 14 days from the order date and would not provide an RMA number.
I contacted them on the 14th day (however I thought I was early because I thought it was from the delivery billing date, it is from order date). They proceeded to charge my credit card. The customer service rep hung up on me - professional.

Its a total scam. They provide no email or fax numbers in order to cancel in writing. Their `contact us` link doesn`t go anywhere.

Not to mention their website is deceiving customers, if they were truly reputable they would be upfront about their billing process and not try to hide it, thereby letting customers make the decision as to whether they want to place the order to begin with.
