I ordered a trial size from an online advertisement for the shipping charge only of $1.95. This was in January. Then, in March, I had two charges on my credit card which I had given the company (ies) for the shipping charge. They had charged my account $124.98 in February, and again $124.98 in March.in March I received two more products which I did not order. I returned them to the sender, with a letter that I had not ordered any further products, nor had I authorized any more charges to my credit card. I inquired with my Credit Union, who got in touch with the company, and the company agreed to remove one of the charges, but the Credit Union said that they "do not have appropriate charge-back rights to dispute this claim." I subsequently called the company myself, and they told I was in their "system" and they couldn't do anything to remove the charge of $124.98. This was last week.
