Received letter stating I had won $2,536, 092.23 and they are waiting on my $20 check to have the funds rushed to me by a bonded federal carrier. I came on line to see if this was a scam and apparently it is.in reading on the back of the "express notice", they will use your information from your check as "authorization to make a 1-time electronic fund transfer from my account, funds could be withdrawn from my account... This sounded way to fishy, did not send anything to them. With the number of reports, it is a scam...
