They deducted $9.95 twice from my T-mobile account. I called and was told they would take me out of their database and stop sending me these silly trivia messages and I will receive a refund check in the amount of $19.90 in about 3-4 weeks. To date, no refund check and I'm still receiving these silly trivia text messages.
