Signed up for 7 day trial, canceled after a few minutes. I realized the information I needed was not available on their website. I immediately canceled my membership, but I was still charged a week later. They have not responded to my emails. They advised they have a high volume, so it might take longer than usual to respond. Wonder if they will respond. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.org.
