I ordered 2 antennas on March 23rd, 1 sent to my home, 1 sent to a relative 300
miles away. The ad led me to believe that FEDEX was coming out to deliver. Not
so! Just the regular mailman from U.S.P.S. The one sent 300 miles away did not
get there even though postal records showed delivery. Both Clear Cast and the
post office gave me the runaround. My credit card company imposed a charge
back of $56.95 for the non-delivered item. The one that I received is not a total
dud. When mounted in the window as recommended it does get better reception
than many indoor antennas. But to say that this is a replacement for cable TV is
a big exaggeration. It's not!
