My husband and I noticed a small unauthorized charge to our debit/credit card to this company. After notifying our financial institution, we attempted to contact yourcarworld.com. My husband called and introduced himself as "Joe". This is his middle name, and what everyone knows him as. The female representative tells my husband that "Reginald" authorized this purchase for air freshener (not realizing that this is my husbands 1st name). My husband explained that he absolutly did not make this purchase, demanded reimbursment, and asked to speak to a manager. The phone call was ended prematurely on their end before any other speaker came on the line.
