I schechuled the Signatue Escape for my daughter's 30th birthday one week before April 6. I called and confirmed the appointment on the 4th of April. Fernando call to cancel the appointment at 3:40pm April 6, our appointment was at 5:00pm. We were already in transit to the hotel for the appointment coming from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. When we arrived no one was there to fulfill the appointment. My daughter was given a complemantary eyebrow waxing that was NOT complementary. Fernando deducted the waxing from the certificate. She did NOT receive her massage, they had to find someone to do the pedicure and manicure. Senka did an excellent job, but she covered for the person that did NOT show for my daughter's appointment.in the waiting room a gentleman told us that he was recieving a massage for his 6th anniversary. They told no one was there to do massages. I still want the massage and we should NOT have been charged for the eyebrow waxing when it supposed to have been complementary. I expected better service from Elizabeth Arden. Mrs. Shelton
