On 14th Feb I authorised a one off payment for a trial of a dietry product - I have no documentation confirming the order nor any reference electronic or otherwise. I have received those goods which were completely useless and since then this company has continued to send me product that I DID NOT ORDER and has so far made the following transactions against my credit card that I did not approve! I cannot locate the company, i have no details for them, no statement and no documentation comes with the goods that I HAVE NOT ORDERED so I have no means of contacting these fraudulent traders!
