No contact details on site that took card payment for goods

As soon as I entered my credit card details, I realized there are NO contacts at all available on the www.abercrombieandfitchsales.com website. They never told me when the goods would be dispatched. I just received this email and have not heard anything else from them. I checked with the bank and my card has been debited. THIS IS INTERNET FRAUD.

Here is the email I received from the company:

"Thank you for choosing 'www.etemall.com' to purchase on 04/07 22:52:16 GMT and your transaction amount is 69.97 GBP.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to Saioerty SDN.
