Bought $119 bid pack just before Christmas, won an auction for $143.12 which took ages to ship. I got concerned after a month and contacted them. They said the product wasn't in stock and would be shipped soon. I did finally get an email stating the item had shipped but when I tried to get the tracking number it didn't exist.By this time they had marked my dispute as "resolved" and all further contact was ignored. Then I noticed the auction items started to become limited to only low priced items. Now the site is completely closed with no way to contact them. It is now April and to this day I still have not received the item. I have reported the scam to the ACCC and lodged an electronic transfer dispute with my bank to try to get the money back.
