Recieved a text from "Wal-mart" suggesting I had won $1000 dollars. The phone number recieved from 513-402-2598. It stated "Walmart has selected you for a free $1000 Walmart gift card now at www.walmart.com. Todayswinners.info/? Id=fwklcwpwwp". I first googled this walmart giveaway and found it to be a scam. I then went to the site (just to be sure) and found it to be exactly what was described on this site.

What needs to be done to make it illegal to text or call my phone number or how can I bill them for the single text I recieved since I have limited texts.
