Well i had an unexpected insufficiant funds charge which totalled $160.00! I didnt even know untill my socail security deposit came in. It took from the lilttle bit that i get for me and my children! I called the bank and they informed me of the debit of $99.49 and that i was being charged a $32.00 fee for going negative, and also$5.00 a day for being in the negative! To this day i cant get ahold of the company to get refunded!!! I am so pissed off
