I had a charge come through my account for $38.99 on three different occassions. I never heard of Utell inc. I found out that i can start an investigation on them with my State Attorney Generals office. If i did not authorize the charge it is considered theft. I do intend to keep looking for them on my own too. These people and others like them can not continue to steal peoples money with no consequences.
