Very bad service

I took my girl friend and her children for dinner to chili's at 2015 Birch Rd #2400 Chula Vista Ca, we placed are order appetizer and the dinner entry, it took them 45min to serve us and we got the appetizer and dinner all together at one's and it was cold. We will defiantly never go there again.
