Fraudulent Contract

On January 3 a sales rep named Daniel Lewis came to my front doorand asked to speak with me. Having recognized hime when Brinks first installed a security system in my home in Sept. 2008 I allowed him in and he immediately told me he was no longer with Brinks.in the meantime I was unaware that Brinks sold out to Broadview who in return was purchased by ADT. I never received any correspondence from neither Broadwview nor ADT so I was tricked by Lewis and he conned me into signing a fraudulent 5 year contract with Slomin's in Hicksville, New York.

The problem was dedected in May 2022 when in talking with "connie" re my past due balance we discovered her copy didnot agree with my copy. She asked if I would fax her a copy of my contract which I did. I haven't talked to her since even though I've called her at least 20 times. I've also spoken to Christian in November he was most arragant and was not cooperative at all. They were right and I was wrong. Employee got off scott-free. I, ve also called myself numerous
times to pick up equipment as I no longer have a land line telephone. They are without a doubt a "horrible" company. I still have the equipment for Brinks in my garage.
