Florentino Calderon Bigamist and Dead Beat Dad, Owes over 30K in Child Support, Hides behind Nevada Corp to Avoid Paying

I am currently married to and legally separated from Florentino "Tino" Calderon. We separated back in 1992 while we were both stationed in Germany. Tino was kicked out of the military and I separated due to hardship (lack of child support and single parent). When I returned to the US in Florida, I applied for assistance to get child support in 1996. It took 4 years to track Tino down and get him into court.in an initial order for child support with 22K in arrears was ordered. He was also ordered to provide medical insurance. He never provided a copy of a valid medical insurance card.

Tino married Marina Bermudez in Las Vegas on 8/10 and he is now a bigamist. Unfortunately for me, and fortunate for Tino, no jurisdication wants to press bigamy charges.

Tino has paid child support itermittently and has only consistently paid whenever the child support was taken directly from his paycheck. Whenever the State of Illinois would find his place of employment, he would change jobs and start the process all over again.

Our son turned 18 in 2009 and Tino has stopped paying child support. He has now resorted to self-employment and has registered his faux-corporation in Nevada in hopes of shielding his income from his obligations. At this time, Tino owes approximately $33K in child support. Sadly, I was never able to successfully get the $400 per month child support increased. So, if you do the math, he didn't pay child support for approximately 7 years.

Tino is also hiding his money from governmental agencies. He had a federal tax lien of $80,483 placed on him in 2003. He also had a state tax lien of $11,447 placed on him in 2004.

It is time for him to stop hiding and pay his obligations.
