Our office has continuously requested that we be removed from IKON's invoicing system for equipment we have not had since 2007. Since 2007 we have continuously and in writing requested to be removed from the contract since we no longer have the equipment. We are affirmed that the contract is cancelled and yet every quarter we are billed in varying amounts. It seems that IKON is looking for someone who will overlook investigating the bills and simply authorize payment, hence receiving free money. Beward of IKON invoices!
