Horrible after system update - Vizio Tablet

I bought the Vizio tablet and it lasted a good 3 months but then came the sytem update and now my wifi does not work! My device is useless. Called customer service not their problem "my warrranty is over and I should have bought the exteneded warranty". Guy basically said i should have known their product was not going to work after 3 months. This is ridiculous. YOUR system update messed up MY device and now im stuck! I will never buy or reccomned Vizio products at all! There are way better brands out there.
