Yellow Colored Bacon, weird taste - Oscar Maye

We have always enjoyed the center cut bacon at our Sunday morning breakfast.
This morning we cooked it and it was yellow as though it had coloring added. We also had our taste expert, my husband, taste it and he thought it was flavorless. Wondering where your product is processed and packaged. Made the decision to go to Whole Foods for my bacon.
