Dairy Queen
Not Very Helpful

I went to the Broadview Rd., OH Dairy Queen to pick up a cake for a company party. The part that was my fault was that I didn't know they opened at 11:00. I got there around 10:15 when I realized it and saw someone inside so I knocked and asked if they could in any way accomidate me and that it was for a company party. She asked her manager and they said if I pay for it right then, then I can come back and get it when they opened at 11:00. It was literally a matter of writing "Happy Birthday" on the cake (that they did right as I left) but they made me wait in the parking lot for 45 mins. Also, the girl wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care that I had to wait. I just feel it was very bad customer service. They acted as though they did me a favor, but really I just paid and had to wait for what I paid for. I do take fault for being there early but they weren't accomidating at all being the situation.
