Run away - fast

I ordered a set of books on March 6th, today is the 27th and I have not received the books. When I called Groupon a CS Rep told me he "was 100% sure I would have the books by Christmas 2012", and "No, you can't cancel the deal until after you receive the shipment and return it for refund, but I can't tell you when it will be delivered". This is a rip off, fraudulent company - they take your money the day after you purchase something, but can't tell you when or if you will ever receive the item because they don't have tracking information... Run Forest, Run!!!
