Poor Service, Lying Manager and Store Theft - Incompetent Managerial Staff

I went to Sears on a slow afternoon knowing what I wanted because I had shopped online. I found the range I wanted and it took almost an hour for the guy to ring me up and set up the hefty delivery fee. He sent me on to the other department for a mattress and said it would be sent with the range for no extra charge since delivery covers up to 5 items. The young man rang up my mattress, but couldn't make the delivery match up. He called the range guy, department manager, delivery services and several other people after about an hour the department manager shows up and tells him to cancel the range, and re-ring it up with the same date the mattress could be delivered. Since it was on my credit card I now had two ranges billed to me but nothing credited back. He then rang up the mattress and it exceeded the low limit on my credit card, since there were still two ranges on it. The department manager never bothered to call the manager and I was late since I had now been in the store for almost three hours. I went to another department and asked to see the store manager and after about thirty minutes I found him hiding in mattresses and explained I now had a stove, but no mattress and couldn't buy it elsewhere since Sears had maxed out my card. After about 45 minutes, no apologies and playing with the computer he presented me with two receipts and $82.00 (The difference between the range and the mattress.) He said both items would be delivered in two Saturday's as stated on the receipt and said delivery would call me the night before with a time. The night before delivery I get an automated call stating my mattress would be delivered the next day between 12:15 and 2:15. I called the back and asked about the stove. They stated it was canceled by the store. I called my credit card company and it was nine days after the day both charges were put on my credit card. Both charges were still there. I called Sears and spoke to the manager who claimed I wasn't charged for the stove. I told him I had a receipt and it was still on my credit card after nine days. He lied and said the corporate offices did not open until Monday and said he could have a stove delivered on the following Saturday and charge it to my card. I declined not wanting to pay for three ranges and receive none. I called corporate service satisfaction. She said the mistake was on the stores part and they had cancelled the order, but not refunded the charge. She told me to call the manager back and ask him to have his store refund my credit card. When I called the manager of the store back after they hung up on me once. He again lied and said he had to have corporate approval to refund my card and couldn't do it over the weekend. So basically this store charged me for something and won't give it to me.
