On 03/27 Premier Bath Agent Bill Schmidt presented offer to sell a walk in bath unit with a down payment of $3,529 with check #1010 with First Place Bank.
Second 1/3 of total price was to be a credit card transaction to occur on delivery of the unit. Credit card transaction occured on April 3rd, two days ahead of agreed delivery schedule on April 5th. Then on April 5th there was no delivery made on the scheduled time. Calls to the company and agent get a response of "not available", will call you back which has not occurred. Called Discover Card Credit Company and put all transactions block on the credit card. At that time Discover people informed us of consumer fraud problems with Premier, which were verified at Google.com.
