On Nov. 15 we purchased a time share from Willie Rios while he was in Chattanooga, TN. As of today, we haven't gotten any information from RCI, stating we have even purchased this time share, RCI has no record of this, Dawn at 877-870-2673 stated she had turned in the information to RCI on March 21, and we would receive information from RCI within one to two weeks. It appears we have been taken by a bunch of unhonest sales persons. The BBB needs to investigate, we have contacted a lawyer. Odell and Geneva Geurin
