I Paid 2.95 for a one time vin for a friend who is having multiple repairs in the first 3 months of the purchase of her used car. When i went to check my bank statement tonight i found that i had been charged an additional 29.95 by the non existant company CARVINCHECKS.com i immediately contacted my bank and was told since thew charge is only pending i have to wait till the morning to call and dispute the charge and start recovery process for get my funds back.
