I ordered UGG boots fron Kingscolonial for $153.99 and never received any response from them as to the status or confirmation of my order. I then emailed them and cancelled my order. Still heard nothing so I called my visa card to find out that Hongyou Hardware had charged $158.92 to my card. The boots did come in the mail but I refused them without ever even opening them and had them sent back. The package had the phone #021-64214361 and the company name Shanghai Fenggang Industrial Corp LTD on it. Since then I have emailed Kingscolonial several times and finally received an email back stating that my order was cancelled. However, they still have NOT refunded my money even after many emails to them!!! Total scam!!!
