I wish I had read this article before I had any contact with this CHARLES OBI (Hearts Group Inc) of 14210 Downdale Court, Laurel MD 20707 (Residence & Office). This is a fraudulent Company and they are in the business of ripping people off. He has two accomplices, Grace Anderson (Wife) and Romanus Amechi (Friend).
In September of with the recommendation of his accomplice Romanus Amechi, Charles Obi of Hearts Group agreed to ship a Dodge Nitro for me to Nigeria for $1,100. I paid him in full, and they came and picked up the Truck, Title and other paperwork.
I did not hear from Charles Obi again till November 9 when he sent me a fake unsigned dock receipt with wrong Vein #.
When I complained about the fake dock receipt and requested my Bill of Lading, Charles Obi has refused to answer my calls till date.
As of today 04/04, I have not heard from Charles Obi or received my Dock Receipt, Bill of Lading, my Truck or my money.
CHARLES OBI, GRACE ANDERSON, ROMANUS AMECHI & HEARTS GROUP INC are not people you want to associated with; these people are BAD NEWS and CON ARTISTS.
