They done the same to me. Called em cost me an extra £20 finally got hold of em. They told me to write a letter for a refund. Haven't heard from em so called em today they said they had posted a letter on the 12/03 sayin it had been refused and that it was all legal. So now I've put a complaint in to watchdog. Hopefully something good will come out of it.
