I signed up for the trial and tried to cancel within the timescale they offered. Icouldnt get through to them. They sent another pot of cream out. I finally got through and they offered half my money back within 10 days and this was 3 weeks ago. And nothings gone into my bank. I have sent numerous e mails. I have informed the Trading Standards about them
