Better Business Bureau, They are taking money from my account without giving me any service. I have yet to receive any magazines and yet to receive my free gift

The BBB call me and asked if i wanted to subscribe to their program which includes a free gist and magazines that relate to my hobbies. I save money by ordering all through their program. Then after 3 months i have yet to receive my magazines or the free gift. Its a rip off that i don't like. They are taking way to much of my money without me getting anything in return
