Charged for Program With No Magazines or Free Gift Received

The BBB call me and asked if I wanted to subscribe to their program which includes a free gist and magazines that relate to my hobbies. I save money by ordering all through their program. Then after 3 months I have yet to receive my magazines or the free gift. It's a rip off that I don't like. They are taking way to much of my money without me getting anything in return
