I got a letter from my bank being overdrawn. I knew that i had enough money in my account. When i went to investigate the bank told me that a ck in the amount of 99.49 was posted and taken out of my account. I further investigated and got some information. I contacted the company by phone and email twice. I was told i had to wait 15 days for it to clear my account, then i would get a refund, and that i would have to call back. Now everytime i call i get a busy signal. I am going to report it to the police and the BBB.
