Noticed my checking account had this. 4 deposit and then a. 4 withdrawl. Called my bank and told them I have no idea who this is, gave me the phone number and I called and talked with a women I could hardly understand, said I had to log on to verify info, couldn't log on unless i agreed with their terms and conditions, have did not and have not. Will probably have to close account to be safe.
