They said they where going to give me a loan and I provided my bank information and then they said something about a fee of 99.49, at that time I said what fee are you talking about (which you can not understand the person on the phone due to they can not speak english very good) and they said don't worry nothing is going to be charged to your account until you get the loan information and agree to the terms, which I did not do. At that time I told them forget it and hang up. But now I see they have accessed my account and I did not give them permission to and/or they did not provide me with a loan or anything else.
