Goliath Recovery Solutions called and stated that that they had already filed suit and won the money back that another company had taken from us. They knew the name of the company and the exact amount that we had been taken for. Their fee of $100 was to be taken out of our account after they put the $899 into our account. Well sure enough they took their share and have not delivered our money! I called them to let them know that I was charged an overdraft fee because they took their share first. I was told that the $100 would be replaced until they deposited our refund. Well... It has been a month and I have not seen either refund, so I am alerting the BBB. I am tired of these companies and I will NEVER agree to work with anyone again!
