Also stated is a ticket serial NO and drew the lucking winning number.

A claim number was assigned to this letter and you have to call a number within 5 days and urges you to keep this winning CONFIDENTIAL. The claim Agent is Michael Dundas (Personal Info Removed). I am not calling this number.
