They installed my gutter with only one downspout so I told them it needs another downspout to divert the flow of water from the area where I had the leak on my roof. Every week I call him Manny Romero that is his name he tells me a different excuse why he cannot come. He is not gonna come for thirty to forty dollars worth of work because he has to pay his guys if I want it fixed, I have to pay $150.00, then he will do the work right away. I also told him that the gutter is leaking, then he said oh ya you have warranty on that then I will fix it, but then he never gave me a specific date on when he is going to fix it, little did I know that he never will until I start searching on the Internet and found a posted complaint on your site which is exactly the same scenario. I called the office to speak to someone and complaint but the person who answers the phone said she has to report to Manny Romero he is the manager. At this point I know i am on a dead end.
