The same thing has happened to myself, with this bio company, they have taken £4.95 postage only for a trial of fat burning tablets that i did not receive, i tried to get in touch buy could not and then came across the scambook site, i got in touch with my credit card company they refunded the £4.95 and i have recently been back in touch with the card company after bio uk has taken another £69.95. I am not happy with yahoo as this advert was on there home page i would not have looked at an advertisment for fat burning tabs in generall and thought the site would be safe but it was not, this has taught me a valuable lesson.!!!
